Blueberries help with your memory. A British study found that eating a cup of blueberries a day for a few months helped people remember things.

Avocados have a lot of unsaturated fats. These are good fats that your brain and body can easily use. These fats protect cells in your brain and keep your brain strong.

Eating salmon can boost your brain. Salmon has a lot of Omega-3 fatty acids. These acids help your brain to stay sharp. Salmon is also good for your heart.

This root vegetable is full of Vitamin B. This vitamin helps you process information and sort through your memories. If you’re having a bad day, beets can also improve your mood.
