Mexican-themed banners adorn the top, while there's a red gingham tablecloth below. On the table cloth sits a blue bowl of guacamole with a tortilla chip sticking out. Text overlay reads: Guacamole quiz.

Holy moly! Who loves guacamole? Did you know that September 16th is National Guacamole Day? Today we celebrate this delicious green dip that was created by the Aztecs over 500 years ago. Aztecs are Indigneous people who lived in Central America. The word guacamole comes from the Nahuatl word āhuacamolli (say "ah-waka-MOLE-ee") which translates to “avocado sauce.”

Today people all over the world enjoy guacamole. And there are so many different ways to make it.

Now let's see if you can recreate this classic, tasty spread.
