When it comes to carving fruit, we think about carving pumpkins in October. Some make silly or scary faces, while others carve their favourite movie characters, or make really cool designs.

But have you seen what people can do with watermelon? It’s taking sculpting to a whole new level. In some Asian cultures, it’s a serious art form. In Japan, it’s known as mukimono, the art of vegetable carving.
