TeachersPEI.jpgIt's no secret PEI's student population is declining, and that the province is trying to save money. That's how the department of education has justified cutting 34 teaching positions last year, and another 40 this year. PEI's English School Board wouldn't allow any principals to do recorded interviews with us. However, CBC's Steve Bruce did speak to Karen Clare, a member of East Wiltshire's Home and School Association, and the English School Board's Superintendent Cindy Fleet.
