Hurricane Juan - 10 Years Ago Sunday

Posted by Bill van Asperen

HurricaneJuan.jpg10 years ago Sunday, September 29, 2003, is a day no Islander will be able to forget. Hurricane Juan hit Prince Edward Island. We dove into the CBC archives to hear reaction the morning after the Hurricane hit, which was an election day like no other.
