It was 25 years ago this month that Sir Tim Berners-Lee outlined his idea to see computers share information around the world -- now known as the internet.
Berners-Lee used this month's birthday to call for free and open access to the internet around the world. A program he is calling the Web We Want. He also says we need to get back to a web free of surveillance and oversight.
