Golf Ball Problems - Mike Dunphy

GolfBallMikeDumphy.jpgMike Dunphy lives across Kensington road from the Belvedere Driving range. He says the golf course isn't a good neighbour after his back windshield in his car was smashed out by a stray golf ball. The Belvedere Golf Club manager has refused to pay.

City councillor Melissa Hilton, declined, Laura Chapin's request for an interview saying this is not on city land. It is a private matter between the resident and the Belvedere Golf Course. Matt Rainnie reached the president of the Belvedere Golf Club, Gerry Moore to hear the golf course's policy for these cases.
