Bhutanese Teen Receives Hearing Aids

Parkash1.jpgParkash Bhandari was born in a refugee camp in Nepal with almost total hearing loss. A year and a half ago, his family moved to PEI and he got hearing aids for the first time with the help of the province's disability support program. Now the Bhutanese teen is going to school, learning sign language and starting to speak some words. Maggie Brown brings us his story.
