Helping Kenyan Women Breathe Better

Some women in Kenya may soon be breathing more easily thanks to a UPEI research project. 

Honours student Hannah Hughes is in Kenya now studying the health effects of the wood-burning fireplaces Kenyan women use to cook. The cookhouses are often poorly ventilated.
