Encouraging Islanders to Vote

Retired soldier Owen Parkhouse has planted the signs of all the candidates running in the Cardigan riding on his front lawn. It is all in an effort to encourage Prince Edward Islanders to vote.  He talked about his efforts with Matt Rainnie.
