Barclay Brook and Mill River Fish Kills

Another summer with more fish kills... The first was in the Barclay Brook in Prince County and the second was in the Mill River. Shawn Hill, Executive Director of the PEI Watershed Alliance, was on the government appointed committee which came up with 18 recommendations as to how to stop fish kills, presented to government last November. Shawn says so far they haven't followed.
