Shortage of Educational Psychologists on PEI

A national organization says PEI already had a shortage of educational psychologists BEFORE half the staff went on leave this year. Dr. Karen Cohen says PEI already had a shortage. Students are already waiting two to three years to get a learning disability or behavioral assessment. Laura Chapin gives us an update.
