Miscouche Consolidated - In the Legislature

A campaign by some Miscouche Consolidated parents to have their school principal replaced spilled into the provincial legislature yesterday, We hear some of the exchange between Education Critic James Aylward and Education Minister Alan McIsaac.
We also hear some concerns from parent Leon Perry, and we have response from the School Board Superintendent Cynthia Fleet. Kerry Campbell joined us in the studio.

The Department of Education has said most of Island 15-year-olds are making the grade. Officials say a quarter of students are pulling down the average for others. Gordon MacDonald has his own theories what's driving these results. spoke with Gordon about some of his concerns.
