Snazzier accommodations? At the recent Federation of Canadian Municipalities conference in Vancouver, Councillors from Summerside stayed at a luxury hotel while Councillors from Charlottetown stayed at a much more affordable hotel nearby. Kerry Campbell crunches some numbers for us, on who stayed where, and who spent what, and how much taxpayers were on the hook for.  He spoke with Summerside Mayor Basil Stewart and Peter Holman.
