Pierre Huet Pommeau de Normandie

CSPC +758987

The Pierre Huet Pommeau de Normandie is a special treat to celebrate Christmas Eve. It is a

French Eau-de-Vie made from apples. It is a beautiful amber colour with aromas & flavours

of caramel and baked apples with a slight salty tang. Terrific as an aperitif or a good partner

with foie gras, poultry and scallops. It is also very cheese friendly which we will put to the

test with a platter of 3 cheeses - Kaamps Classic (Goat - Holland), Chateau de Bourgogne

(Cow - France) and Dragon's Breath (Blue - Nova Scotia).

Ginger Snap Cocktail (Compliments Avec Bistro)

¼ oz Calvados

¾ oz Pommeau

1 oz Kings Ginger Liqueur

Serve over ice
