Food Column: Elton On Campus Food

We are a city of university and college campuses. This month, hundreds of thousands of students are heading to class across the GTA. Sure, they'll be hitting the books and going to class, but they also have to eat! Our food columnist Sarah Elton was in with the story of how Ryerson University is shaking up food on their campus. Executive chef and assistant director of food services, Joshna Maharaj, is turning Ryerson's Jorgenson Hall cafeteria into a café. Listen audio (runs 6:35)
