Recipe: Shahir’s Power Balls

Ingredients

1 cup cooked or puffed brown rice or quinoa
½ cup lightly ground quick oats
½ cup almond butter or pumpkin seed butter
3 pitted medjool dates
¼ cup toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp super seeds (hemp, flax, chia)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp protein powder
½ tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into heaping tablespoons and chill on a parchment lined plate, or eat immediately. Store in the fridge in a resealable container.
