Apple Muffins

3 apples
1 1/3 cup of white flour
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1 egg
4 tbsps of oil
1 1/2 cups of yogurt

1. Preheat oven to 400° F
2. Peel and core apples, then cut into small pieces
3. Mix together flours, sale, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
4. Beat together maple syrup, egg, oil and yogurt. Add apples.
5. Stir in dry ingredients, just until moist.
6. Pour batter into greased muffin tins.
7. Bake for 20 minutes.
