Quebec warns Strateco Matoush project to be turned down

Quebec's Sustainable Development and Environment minister has given Strateco Resources notice that a refusal to develop the Matoush project near Mistissini is on the way.  Yves- Francois Blanchet says the company has 60 days to get social acceptance of the project from the Crees of James Bay.
