OJ man concerned about dog control

OJdog.JPGKevin Brousseau of Oujé-Bougoumou is upset about what happened to his family's dog. When the dog went missing he tried putting the word out on Facebook and asking people around the community. The more he searched, the more he was disturbed by what he learned.
