What you need to know as you head to the polls

Every Canadian citizen over the age of 18 who has lived in Nova Scotia for six months or more has the right to vote. (The Canadian Press)

Voters in Ontario will go to the polls in the provincial election on June 12.

As a public service, we present key resources to help you prepare for the vote.

Voter Eligibilty 

To vote on election day, you must be:

  • Are 18 years of age or older,
  • Are a Canadian citizen,
  • Reside in an electoral district, and
  • Have not already voted
