Major power outage in downtown Calgary

A weekend underground fire in Calgary's downtown has left thousands without power, many business closed, and dozens had to evacuate homes. Mark Connolly spoke to Chamber of Commerce president, Adam Legge and the CEO of Enmax, Gianna Manes.
