Back to school breakfasts

Our fitness columnist Jeff Woods joins us with some tips on healthy breakfasts for back to school.

Smoothie Recipe:
Frozen fruit 1.5 cup, plain yogurt 1 cup, 1 banana for sweet taste, Flax seed 2 ts, Kale or spinach 1.5 cups,
Water 2-3 cups ( serves 3-5 people )
