When the summertime is over

It's not a summer request, but we start with a piece of music that Norm in Victoria has been looking for: the music used in the BBC4's The Human Animal television series hosted by Desmond Morris, which was the 2nd movement of Schubert's "Quintet in C, D. 956" performed by Yo-Yo Ma.

Brand new music from the East Coast duo of Madison Violet - their new album is out in two weeks, and Carol in Port Angeles wanted to hear something from XTC's Skylarking (which turns 25 in October!)

Ed in Cranbrook also asked for a tune by Bruce & Terry, and the band Big Daddy pay tribute to Wilson Phillips, who are appearing at the PNE tomorrow night.
