Chris bakes a cake!

Chris brought this cake in for a Monday morning snack. It's a caramel layer cake from this months' Food and Wine magazine. Click here for the recipe.

Tips: Use a BIG pot for the icing, because it will foam up to 4-5 times its volume. Also, let it cool longer in the mixer longer than you think it should, or it will be too thin and will soak into the cake.
