New bat shelter on Mont-Royal

bats.jpgThere's a new housing development on Mount-Royal but it's for bats. L'Universite de Montreal has set up a shelter to protect bats from disease. Alexandre Beaudoin, the biodiversity advisor for the university, was on Daybreak this morning.

Thousands of patients will lose medical services in St-Bruno

St-Bruno 1.jpgThe Saint-Bruno Medical Centre is set to officially close in December but some of the doctors have already left for new practices. This leaves patients scrambling for information on how to find their family doctors. Michael O'Dowd is a city councillor for Saint Bruno. Michèle Archambault is an opposition councillor.
