Côte St-Luc first with new app to report public works problems

Côte St-Luc is the first city in Quebec to have an app that enables citizens to report infrastructure problems in their city. It's a service that aims to perform a similar function to Montreal's 3-1-1 service. Steven Erdelyi is responsible for public works in Cote St-Luc.
