Vandalism caused PCB oil spill says clean-up company

Pointe-Claire PCB spill not an environmental or health concern: Environment Ministry

pbc 2.jpgMichel Rousseau, Quebec's Deputy Environment Minister, says the illegally stored PCB contaminated oil in Pointe-Claire doesn't pose a danger to nearby residents.  People who live in the area don't agree. We hear from two Pointe-Claire residents.

Opposition parties take stand on leaked Charter of Quebec Values
