Pot debate stirs up
Federal Liberal Party leader Justin Trudeau has come out in favour of legalizing marijuana. This morning on Daybreak, we debated the issue. Adam Greenblatt is the executive director of the Medical Cannabis Access Society and he is pro-legalization. Dr. Charles Bernard, the President of Quebec's College of Physicians, has concerns.
