Enbridge charm offensive

Enbridge is trying to win over communities a long one of its pipelines between Ontario and Quebec. The Calgary based company wants to reverse the flow of oil in the pipeline and it's offering money to municipalities where the pipeline runs through. Several have applied for the money: Mirabel, Saint-André d'Argenteuil, and Saint-Placide. But at least one mayor is refusing the offer. We heard from Patricia Domingos, the mayor of Sainte-Justine-de-Newton. As well as Enbridge spokesperson Eric Prud'Homme.
