Batshaw head on the Conservative omnibus bill and kids and crime

We continue our new series looking in detail at the Harper government's Omnibus Crime Bill and how it will impact Montreal. This time we look at measures that will affect violent young offenders. The big change: requiring courts to consider adult sentences for those as young as 14. nd allowing the publication of the names of violent young offenders. We talked to Madeleine Berard, the director of youth protection at Batshaw in Montreal.
