Prison for Gadhafi

As the Canadian government moves to apply financial sanctions against Moammar Gadhafi's regime in Libya, we're getting a fuller picture of what Montreal engineering giant SNC-Lavalin was doing there. Besides a massive water distribution system, and an airport in Benghazi, the company has quietly taken a contract from the Gadhafi regime to build a prison, worth $275 million.
