Driver not charged

mtl-rougemont-cp-01.jpgTuesday it was announced that crown prosecutors would not to lay criminal charges against the driver of a pick-up truck who struck and killed three cyclists in Rougemont. It happened on Highway 112 near Rougemont south and east of Montreal in May. The cyclists were members of the Saint-Lambert Triathlon Club and were training for an Ironman competition. Marc Flageole's spouse, Lyn Duhamel, was killed in the accident. France Carignan was there when it happened. She was riding beside her partner, Christine Deschamps who died in the accident.
