Language groups lobby for long-form census

A major battle is expected today on the future of the long-form census. The Harper government has already pledged to scrap it. But minority language groups across the country are fighting that decision in court. Daybreak heard from David Birnbaum, executive director of the Quebec English School Boards Association.
