Hema-Quebec Wants Younger Stem Cell Donors

Hema-Quebec has decided to lower it's age limit for stem cell donors. The limit is now 35 years old. It goes up to age 50 in the rest of Canada. Minority groups, in particular, worry that the new policy may hurt their communities the most.
