Beaconsfield heritage home

trendhouse1.jpgThis week Beaconsfield councillors voted to approve the demolition of a home in the city. That decision has upset some people in Beaconsfield and elsewhere -- they say the home has considerable historic value. The home on 2 Woodland Ave is a trend home built in the 50s. There were 11 of these built in major cities across Canada to promote British Columbia wood in home construction.
