StoryNet: Farming and Family

ButchCrack.jpgThis week's StoryNet takes us to the farm. Blanche and John Fallow have farmed for over sixty years, not far from New Richmond. Blanche and John remind us not to take modern conveniences for granted, as well us how much it has changed since their days as farmers. Dwane also introduces us to Butch Crack, renowned Holstein cattle breeder in Richmond, in the Eastern Townships. He tells us how he figured out a long time ago that he'd rather sell cows than milk them.
