Ross Murray: Activism
Many people of a certain age went through what we might call a hippy phase. Ross Murray is no exception. In this week's column we learned how he seems to have passed on his planet-saving penchant to a new generation. Schoolyard project at Sunnyside Elementary
The new schoolyard at Sunnyside Elementary in Stanstead will be a natural play area, with tree trunks, logs, rocks and trails. Rachelle visited the school and spoke with teacher Chantal Ménard about the Sunnyside Up Project. A committee of teachers and parents are working to upgrade that school-yard, to ditch the plastic and make the space more green. Listen here

Charity auction in Stanstead
A giant charity auction at Centenary United Church in Stanstead will benefit children in that community and in Lac Megantic. Rachelle met up with two of the women organizing the June 7th event. Martine Drysdale and Barbara Heath showed her some of the items that have been donated for auction. Listen here
