Portneuf Elementary gets $2.5-million to expand

Thumbnail image for PortneufElemtanry.jpgLast week, the Quebec government announced more than $55-million for elementary schools in the Capitale-Nationale and the Chaudières-Appalaches regions. Three new schools will be built and others renovated or expanded, including a Central Quebec School Board school. The student population at Portneuf Elementary in Cap-Santé has been growing and growing. Our Rachelle Solomon dropped by to find out about its history and how the allocated $2.5-million will be used.
