Elsie Prévost recognized for volunteer work
The 91-year-old from St-Gabriel-de-Valcartier was recently awarded the Lieutenant-Governor Silver Medal for Seniors. The CBC's Marika Wheeler met up with Elsie Prévost to talk about all her years as a volunteer.
