Métis-sur-Mer new bilingual library

There is no English-language bookstore on Quebec's Lower St-Lawrence, so it was with great enthusiasm that a new bilingual library opened today in Metis-sur-Mer. The mostly anglophone summer community of Métis Beach and its neighbouring villages were all part of a grand opening, with Graham Fraser, Canada's Commissioner of Official Languages, cutting the ribbon. We hear from him, and Viveka Melki, the executive director of Heritage Lower St-Lawrence.
