Health and Wellness Challenge in Métis-Sur-Mer

The goal of the 5-30 Health and Wellness Challenge is to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables as well as exercise 30 minutes everyday. In this edition of the Community Journal, Bruce Todman brought us to Métis-Sur-Mer to hear about different health initiatives along the Lower St. Lawrence.
