Mark Critch is a comedian, actor and writer from St. John's, N.L. He is best known for his work on CBC sketch comedy show This Hour Has 22 Minutes, where he started as a writer and then became a regular cast member. In addition to his acting he has performed at and hosted comedy festivals across the country and conducted comedic interviews with politicians, actors and celebrities.

His book, Son of a Critch, is a comedic memoir detailing him getting into trouble as a child, his upbringing in 1980s Newfoundland and some of the satirical interviews he has done over the course of his career.
