Seven animation artists from across Canada are coming together on a mission to unite CBC Arts and CBC Radio by using their imaginations to visualize compelling clips from radio interviews.

In this first video from our Arts x Radio series, award-winning Vancouver-based animator Eoin Duffy adds a stylish "chicken crossing the road" joke to bring to life some insightful words from comedian and host of The Daily Show, Trevor Noah.

With Duffy handling animation, the sound design comes to us courtesy of Wesley Slover.

You can listen to Trevor Noah's full conversation with Anna Maria Tremonti, host of The Current on CBC Radio, here.
