Tom Jackson on North of 60

The Story

Tom Jackson speaks to Midday host Kevin Newman from the set of the new CBC drama North of 60.  Jackson, who is an actor and singer, plays the role of Lynx River band chief Peter Kenidi.  He talks about the series, and how he got into the acting business.  Known for his charitable work, Jackson also talks about his work with the Christmas and Winter Relief Organization, including the Huron Carol concerts, and the establishment of a mobile soup kitchen.
