Did You know?

• The best-known biblical meal would likely be the last supper that Jesus shared with his apostles before his crucifixion. The entire menu of that meal is a matter of somed debate since the bible only specifically mentions bread and wine.
• The biblical diet has also inspired cookbooks and diet regimes. Eat Like Jesus!, The Bible Cookbook, The Maker's Diet and The Bible Diet: 40 Days to Cleanliness all use biblical food rules for diets and recipes.
• Perceived images of religious figures have appeared on many foodstuffs. Images of Jesus have reportedly appeared on a fish stick, several tortillas, a pierogi and a shrimp tail. The pierogi sold for $1,775 US on eBay.
