Four D-Day soldiers tell their stories from London

The Story

Lt. Jack Scott interviews four Canadian soldiers wounded at the D-Day landings in France -- "walking cases" who have joined him in a BBC studio. George Russell, Al Trotter, Ralph Spencer, and Gerry Levers describe when and how they were wounded. Scott asks them about dealing with prisoners, how the wounded were tended to, and about getting back into the action.
