Cassie Campbell, colour commentator

The Story

It was Cassie Campbell's lucky break when the city of Buffalo was snowed in one October night in 2006. Hockey Night in Canada colour man Harry Neale couldn't get out to work that evening's Toronto Maple Leafs-Calgary Flames game, and that's when Campbell got the call. An Olympic women's hockey champion, Campbell had just retired from the game and was on her second day at HNIC. In this interview from CBC Radio's Ontario Today, Campbell admits the fan in her may have come out a few times during the game.
