The Story


John Ralston Saul has been touring Canada, promoting his new book, Reflections of a Siamese Twin, and he sits down with CBC reporter Brian Stewart to talk about his view of “the Canadian movement”.  He argues that Canada’s complexity is its strength, and touches on the subjects of democracy, the 1995 Quebec Referendum, and the “dumbing down” of communication by political leaders.
