Wentworth puts health first

Wentworth-skating.JPGThe township of Wentworth, as well as the eight other towns part of the Municipal Regional Council (MRC) of Argenteuil, just ended a four-year project  called "Ma santé en valeur".  After looking at a report on the health of its residents, the MRC found many of its residents were not moving enough, which could mean high instances of heart disease, diabetes and depression for the population.
Each municipality was given $10 000 over a four year period to invest in ways to encourage residents to be more physically active and more engaged in their communities.
Wentworth was singled out as one of the most successful members of the MRC for the "Ma santé en valuer project" and All In A Weekend host Sonali Karnick went to find out what they did in their community.
